About fitness and wellness Challenges

Fitness and wellness Challenges are weekly or monthly challenges meant to motivate you to be consistent with your practice in order to achieve your goals. This includes words of affirmation, some simple yoga poses, healthy eating, mindfulness and breathing exercise.

Group Sessions: They are basic yoga flow classes that take place on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 09:00 – 10:00 am that anyone can join. You have the opportunity to flow with others and grow.

The classes are a combination of strength, flexibility, relaxation and endurance.
